Welcome to The Puberty Project!
I've spent my career developing and facilitating health and sexuality education programs for kids, teens, and college students. Before starting The Puberty Project, I served as Director of Health Education & Promotion at Lehman College and held health and sexuality educator roles at Columbia University and the Teen Choice Program at Inwood House. I have a bachelor’s degree in Education from Indiana University and a master’s degree in Health Education from Teachers College, Columbia University. I'm a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) through the National Commission for Health Education Credentialing, and a trained Domestic Violence Counselor through Laura’s House Domestic Violence Advocacy Center.

I live in Glen Rock, NJ with my husband, our 11 and 16 year olds, and a poorly behaved rescue hound.
