👩‍🏫 Session 1

This session focuses on bodily autonomy, boundaries, and consent, with guided discussion about sexual harassment and abuse. We'll also watch two short videos. Consent for Kids includes helpful language and visuals around general consent and bodily autonomy, and Betrayal examines a friendship affected by sexual harassment and violated boundaries.

👩‍🏫 Session 2

This session focuses on the potential risks of sexting/sending nudes, and harm reduction strategies. We'll start with a short animated video and discussion about a teen's challenges in the aftermath of sending a nude. We'll also examine a real-life sextortion scenario after watching a short video about preventing and coping with sextortion.

👩‍🏫 Session 3

In this session, students review the menstrual cycle and reproduction, followed by an interactive anatomy and physiology matching activity.

👩‍🏫 Session 4

In this session, students examine boundaries in friendships and relationships and discuss how smartphones, peer tracking, messaging apps, and social media can affect boundary-setting and consent. We’ll also watch a short video and participate in a group activity about setting healthy boundaries.
